His Holiness the je-khenpo conferred a scarf on His Eminence's in recognizing of his service to Dharma.The khadhar(scarf) is being awarded for his outstan- ding work carried out in the six Eastern Dzong-khag. His Eminence is the first Lam who receiv- ed the scarf with orange and white lining.
